Overview
Through visual metaphor, this illustration is my attempt to capture that inner world — the place where no one's watching, yet everything is happening. The countless tabs, boxes, folders — whatever you want to call them — hold memories, information, emotions, and whatnot, all coexisting in a silent, intricate chaos.
A thousand different trains of thought move endlessly every second — processing, analyzing, deciding, functioning — constantly jumping from one tab to another. Some thoughts get buried, like skeletons of the past tucked away in the back of our minds. Others linger, flickering in and out of focus. It’s a tangled web of memories, information, and fleeting ideas, like a browser with too many tabs open, endlessly running in the background of our consciousness.
This illustration was created as part of my final research project for the Master's course at University of the Arts London, titled 'Too Many Tabs Open in My Brain.
